Wilderness Medicine Classes

Wilderness medicine is quickly gaining recognition as essential knowledge to have in the field. Whether you are a guide, an outdoor educator, or just someone who enjoys spending time in remote locations... this is information you should be armed with! We require all of our guides to hold current Wilderness First Responder certifications, and we believe so strongly in the power of this knowledge that we also sponsor classes. Every spring we offer a Wilderness First Responder class in Seward. This year we will also be offering a Wilderness First Responder Re-Cert class for those who need to keep their certification current. Wendy has become certified to instruct Wilderness First Aid classes, as well.
