Our Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation for some reason... this is the policy we will refer to:For 100% refund minus a $25 administrative fee, cancellation notice must be received more than 14 days prior to your reservation.
There will be a $25 change fee for date or room changes made to existing reservations. This includes dropping nights, or changing nights altogether. Unless you are simply adding more nights, and we have the space... in which case that's no problem.
A 50% refund is given if cancellations are received 14 to 7 days in advance.
NO REFUND is given for reservations canceled less than 7 days before scheduled arrival or for no shows.
