If you're looking for the true Alaskan experience while you're in Seward, then check out our custom built log home! Ten years went into creating this cozy, yet rustic, paradise just 4.5 miles from our shop downtown. We are located just off Nash Rd., about a mile and a half from the city limit, on Bear Paw Drive. Escape to the quiet and solitude of our own Bear Paw Lodge - new to Kayak Adventures in 2007! We live at the lodge as well, and will be around the house. You'll have full use of our spacious kitchen, dining room, and all appliances and cookware. Spend an evening relaxing by the crackling fire in our custom built shale fireplace, or pass your time soaking in the 6-person hot tub on our large front deck. Use our grill on the deck for cooking up your fresh catch of the day! There's a large, open TV room in the loft with comfy couches and free high-speed internet. Or just get away from it all and enjoy a peaceful moment on the second floor back deck...
Although we run the kayak shop in town, you don't need to be a kayaker to stay at the lodge... everyone is welcome!

MASTER SUITE:
The master suite, located in the loft, is one room with two queen beds, a futon couch, and a full private bath. This is the perfect room for families or couples wanting a little extra space and privacy.
$155 / night plus tax (double occupancy)... $10 / additional person plus tax
QUEEN ROOMS:
We have two smaller rooms on the main level, each with a queen bed and a shared full bathroom right nearby, and another shared full bathroom off the kitchen.
$100 / night plus tax
BUNK ROOM:
We also have a small room with a twin-over-full bunk bed in it (a twin mattress on top, and a full mattress on the bottom) - this is our most versatile room, and the perfect place for couples, friends, etc. This room shares the nearby full bath with the two queen rooms, and also can use the shared full bathroom off the kitchen.
$100 / night plus tax (double occupancy)... $10 / additional person plus tax
RENT THE WHOLE LODGE FOR YOUR GROUP!
If you and your friends or family would like to book the entire house, we can reserve all the rooms for you for a total cost of $495 / night plus tax.
Continental breakfast will be available each morning, included in the room price. You are also more than welcome to bring your own food and cook up a feast! We have refrigerator space available and shelving in the pantry... so space is not an issue.
If you don't have a car - a taxi should only cost around $10 from our kayak shop to the lodge. Piece of cake!
